How to File Online
To join the Barbosa v Kellermeyer Bergensons Services Settlement, you must submit a timely and valid Consent to Join Form. The Consent to Join Form must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 29, 2026.

After submitting your completed Consent to Join Form online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission.
